Opticoat.com offers an Affiliate Program where participants can earn money. Once signed up for the Affiliate Program, participants are assigned a unique Affiliate Code. They can place links, banners, or other graphics provided with their Affiliate Code on their site, in their emails, or in other communications. These special links allow for accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual. Referral fees are earned with respect to sales on an Opticoat product occurring directly through these Special Links. As for the payment schedule, as long as the current affiliate earnings are over $20, payments are made each month. If the earnings haven't reached $20 since the last payment, the payment is made the following month after crossing the threshold. It's important to note that the Affiliate Program must be used in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and any violation of the terms may result in the termination of the account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation.

Opticoat.com has a 30 Day Return Policy for unused products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To return a product, contact them at info@opticoat.com. If a product is purchased from one of their distributors, it should be returned and reported to the distributor.
They also have a 90 Day Exchange Policy for defective products. If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, they will exchange the product as needed. They do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been modified from their original state.
Any damage from shipping must be reported to them within 14 days of receipt of the product. If a product has been damaged during shipment, email them at info@opticoat.com right away with a description of the damages and include pictures. They will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer. Once a return is received and inspected, they will send an email to notify that they have received the returned item. They will also notify of the approval or rejection of the refund. What are the terms and conditions for Opticoat's warranty?
The Opticoat warranty terms and conditions are as follows:
- The warranty term begins from the date of registration of warranty number, activation code, and vehicle details.
- This agreement excludes vehicles used for commercial purposes at any time previous to, presently, or during the course of this warranty period.
- Any application, re-application, repair work or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied, reapplied, or repaired by an authorized Optimum Polymer Technologies agent after claim approval from Optimum Polymer Technologies.
- The Optimum Polymer Technologies agent must be notified of any claim due to failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence.
- Vehicle must remain continuously registered within the United States for the duration of the warranty.
- Warranty is non-transferrable.
- Optimum Polymer Technologies, Inc. or its agents will not accept liability for deterioration of factory-installed equipment or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturer, their dealership, third-party supplier or modifier, or professional detailers not authorized by Optimum Polymer Technologies.
- Optimum Polymer Technologies warranty for any product will be considered invalid if any of the following general condition occur: neglect to maintain the vehicle according to the standards and techniques recommended by Optimum Polymer Technologies, damage caused by abrasive compounds and polishes and third-party products, damage resulting from a collision or other vehicle accidents, damage, either accidental or malicious, including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, secondary effects that may result from the foregoing, or any other force majeure, failure to repair and re-treat surfaces subject to accident damage in accordance with the warranty, damage caused by any alteration or modification to the vehicle surfaces, damage caused by manufacturer’s defects, damage to the vehicle prior to product application, and failure to adhere to any requirements listed under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
